Joint effort for suppliers and customers

The Hettich Group, too, continues to feel the effects of the global corona pandemic and is aware of its great responsibility in view of the renewed rise in the number of infections. The necessary measures have been taken at all Hettich sites to effectively protect the health of the 6,700 employees worldwide.

The Hettich Group adheres strictly to the guidelines of the World Health Organisation (WHO) as well as of local governments, and keeps its employees informed on an ongoing basis on all issues and developments relating to Covid-19. 

Despite the very volatile demand situation this year, the Hettich Group has so far succeeded in maintaining production and logistics at more or less the usual level and in making deliveries to its customers without any disruptions. The Hettich Group will continue to do everything in its power to supply its customers and provide them with the reliable service they are accustomed to.

Due to the increasing dynamism with which Covid-19 is once again spreading worldwide, it is currently impossible to predict how the overall situation will develop. The Hettich Group is therefore in a permanent exchange of information with its suppliers in order to know the supply situation exactly and to be able to react to further developments. Should the supply situation nevertheless deteriorate, the customers affected will be informed as early as possible in order to jointly seek potential solutions and to keep the impact as low as possible.
